Deep wrinkles on fingers?

I am 18 ...I didn't have a single line or wrinkle on my finger. I shifted to another city and suddenly after a month my hand developed lots of wrinkles and dark deep lines on fingers. Also horizontal lines appeared on neck.Please help .

Will they get normal when I go back to my place? Is there any cream or remedy to prevent this? Because they are very annoying..

Does the new city you moved to have a different climate? Are you using a lot of cleaning products you don't normally use? I'm not sure what a lot of wrinkles is, but if it's really drastic, it's probably best to just have someone take a look at it to tell you what the cause is and if a treatment will help. In general, I would just make sure you moisturize with a quality lotion to see if that helps.
