Did the skin on my glans and foreskin atrophy (thin) from the use of steroids?

About 4 months ago (in February) I had used betamethasone dipropionate twice a day for 2 weeks and it didn't solve my balanoposthitis, then the doctor decided to use this stronger corticosteroid. So I used clobetasol propionate for 13 days once a day on the glans. I stopped on Saturday 05/06 and started to feel irritation in my penis since then, which intensified yesterday 09/06. Is there any test to check if the skin has atrophied? Is the risk of this happening great? And what would the treatment be?
