Discoloration and bumps on both of my hands

So it has been about 3 weeks since this has started to appear. I haven't been around any chemicals except this past Sunday due to cleaning a friends house for some quick money. The chemicals I use were CLR Pro, Bleach, Citrus Degreaser Industrial Strength, and Some dishwasher magic. I did use gloves for the most part when I used those chemicals to clean. Now moving forward it has become more itchy and basically has spread to my left hand (original is the right hand) and I'm deathly terrified this is permanent as it looks rather nasty I should say. I would love to see a dermatologist but at the moment my finances aren't the best and would like a little solution so when I do visit a dermatologist it wont be so bad. Thank you to anyone who helps!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since the symptoms appeared after coming in contact with allergens, it looks like contact dermatitis to me. Firstly take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Also consult a dermatologist as you may need topical as well as oral steroids. Use mild soaps like Dove.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

A contact dermatitis is likely, and the allergens would include the latex of the glove too.A zinc oxide paste or hydrocortisone creme would help, the later only for a few days and then stopped.Do consult your doc.
