I need some help

Two yrs ago I had unprotected sex with a friend of mine. After that about two months down the line I realized that I had a blister on the edge of my penis. There was no pain, nor itch. When I urinated everything was normal.  The following day i had woke up and my penis was back to normal. I tried to move on with life but the thought of knowing I had that blister was killing me inside out. I went and got test for all STD including HIV/AIDS. my results came back negative of all diseases including herpes. Eventually I became relaxed. Since then Ive been with one person, and she was my girl friend before the encounter with the friend. Last October I had this rash pop up on my penis and since the gland on my penis have been coming and going days apart. The skin appears to be shiny, wrinkle and every now and then would  it itch. No pain during urination and the only way I would know that there is a rash is when I examine myslf. Can someone help me please...

I am pretty sure it's eczema. I am one of those people that developed it later in life and it is spreading over the body, coming and going with the weather. I actually have good news. Over the past few days I have been applying blue star ointment on my penis. The first night there was a severe burning and stinging sensation. That lasted for almost 30 minutes. Over the days the burning and stinging has decreased drastically. The next morning when I had awaken I seen a major difference in look. The random itching is gone and the looks of the penis is pleasing to the naked eye.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms do not sound like any STD. it can be due to fungal infection, eczema or contact dermatitis. To confirm the diagnosis I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done. KOH examination of the skin scarpings helps in confirming the fungal infection.
Till then, do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
