Do you get swollen lumps with shingles

Hello on Monday I starting feeling unwell going to the toilet for a number 2 but it was water I felt bit sick then next day I had a really bad headache it wouldn't shift with normal painkillers on the Wed at night I felt a werid feeling on my arm like I was being stung with nettles I looked an I had a rash looked like tiny little blisters really small so I went doctors an they told me it's shingles and gave me painkillers but last night on my forearm next to my elbow but near the front it's swollen like there a big lump under there and I have it on both arms as there's a few off the spots on my right arm to is this normal my arms are hurting really bad it feels like ive been lifting weights all week or something an I feel tired drained an unwell is this normal for shingles

I have heard of lumps under arms with shingles, but just to be sure you should give your doctor a call and let them know of the newly developed symptoms.  Feel better soon!
