Does anyone have any idea what is causing this rash, or if it is common?

Yesterday, I noticed the skin on my nose starting to dry.  Then this morning, I woke up with little tiny red bumps on my nose and earlobes (on the lobes and edges).  There is definitely some additional irritation on my face right near my ear as well.  My forehead seems to have broken out very lightly, though I am most concerned about my nose and earlobes.  It seems like an allergic reaction- but I have no allergies, so I am not positive.  All in all, not itchy.

Any ideas what this may be? How do I treat this?
