Don't know why I have dark marks and small lumps on upper cheek bone

I am 21 and since I was 19 around November 2015, 8 started having this skin issue on my upper cheek bones like under my eyes but on top of my cheek bones I would say its ontop of the zygomatic/ Malar bone. It started on both sides of my face, it would look swollen like dark purple like I got hit in the face and it would cause a dark line of skin kind of like a slash. Now a days it does not get purple like a black eye, and it has receded Mostly from the left side of my face but still bad on my right. Also now there's bumps underneath the skin like acne but nothing comes out minor white stuff comes out but there is a bump that changes in size under the dark mark. I have gone to dermatologists, a physician, ear nose and throats doctor, and even 2 acupuncture specialist. They seem to say nothing is wrong or they feel it but think it's minor and say it could be allergies but it is driving me insane it makes me look weird in photos and self concious. Please someone help me solve this, if it helps I do smoke cigarettes and I had bad asthma as a child, also I am a hairy guy and get my eyebrows waxed and around my eyes and then a facial with an acid peel, a couple of times the waxing under my eyes would cause the skin to get red and sometimes scab. Just including that last piece of information incase it helps anyone. Every time I look up anything like my issue I see these severe cases that look nothing like mine. I really just want to get my face back to normal
