Doc,
First let me thank you for all the info you provide. I have gotten a lot of assurance and peace-of-mind from reading the answers you give your patrons. Here are my symptoms:
I'm a 26-year old, physically active male, and have been seeing the same woman for over four months. I have noticed some dry patches of skin on my penis shaft, some at the base, the other is where the head connects to the shaft. The skin has peeled, leaving sensitive skin behind. Along with dry skin, I've noticed a lot of tiny red dots on my shaft. None painful, not even the dry skin was painful. It is just an eye sore, and I would say it has been going on for two-to-three weeks.
I first noticed it after I shaved my genitals and shaft, but I have always shaved with no problem. I work in athletics, and my athletic trainer said its just because your active and use some shea/cocoa butter and it will go away. Is that the case? Should I worry? I saw that you recommended hyrdocortosine cream to other people on the forum.
