I have a sore in my butt crack and i would like to know what causes it? i think its from wiping to hard but i can't be sure. what should i do to cure it?

This sore on the butt crack can be due to sweat dermatitis,friction rub ith clothes,abrasions due to moisture in the area,fungal infections or a pilonidal dimple.I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist as without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.Treatment is diagnosis specific.

Fungus infections can cause this condition called intertrigo,so does bacterial.Do apply candid powder.
