Dry Skin around my eyes

please can some one help me with this.  i am 53 lead a very healthy lifestyle drink 2+ liters of water a day.
i only reasondly started with this problem were my skin around my eyes and eyelids are so dry and flakey.
i use a good eye cream and find i have to put this on a few times a day.  i also wake up with red bags under the eyes, this really stresses me out as I have never had any kind of skin problem before i have used cortesone cream at night but seem this is also not working.  

is there anything i can do ?

Hi there

thank you for your reply.  i clean my skin with Neutrogena fsce wash or Avon face wash for mature skin. although try not to wash around my eye with to much soap and to harshly.
I also ue Neutrogena eye cream.  not sure if i should aybe try a ure vitaman e-oil around the eye erea or if this will damage the skin.

i also take a hair, skin & nil formula and a omega 3 salmon oil 1000mg per day.

im wondering if the hormon tablets could not be the cause of this premarin 0.625.

Im not sure what to do !!!

How do you clean your skin?  Dove unscented for sensitive skin or Alveeno sensitive skin facial wash may help.  Be sure you are taking a fish oil supplement and a good supplement that is the whole-food type.  I'm not sure what the best eye cream is, but maybe Oil of Olay eye cream.
