Dust mite bites after cleaning?

I cleaned out my studio/storage room over the weekend. It was very very dusty and I swept up some mouse droppings. I used the same vinegar based cleaner I use all the time. I wore my house dress which is a black cotton summer dress I have for cleaning and hanging around the house. When I finished I realized my stomach was itching and I figured it was due to the dust and sweat. So, I took it off and immediately showered. The next day I woke up and put my house dress back on and realized that my stomach began to itch. I remembered it was very dirty from cleaning so I took it off and showered. Later that day I woke up with bites all over my stomach. Are there dust mite bites?

Have you researched mites that rats carry? I’m doing that now. I cleaned out rat droppings, ect. Terrible systems .. I’m still researching when I find out I’ll let you know! We were infested by rats in our garage and they started coming in through walls. The walls were damaged. Nightmare
