Fungal infection on penis glans, clear urethral discharge??

Hi,

>too long dont read: Are there any types of fungal infection that I could get on my penis glans/tip that would cause a clear urethral discharge?? Could I have given myself some sort of fungal infection by inspecting my penis so much with my hands?

4 months ago I had a condom protected encounter with a woman of unknown status and I am have since been having a problem with a persistent CLEAR urethral discharge from my penis, as well as some light irritation on the glans/head of my penis. The irritation comes and goes intermittently, it presents itself as small red spots that cover my glans penis (not fluid filled and they do not pop/burst open) flat small red spots, they come and go within 24 hours and usually a wash will clear them up.. I have NEVER had any type of irritation like this before.

I have been tested for STDs and evaluated by two different GPs and a sexual health clinic. 1 week after the encounter I had a blanket STD test that included a blood test and a urine test that checked for anything and everything (according to my GP), both tests came back negative. I have since had several other urine tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and non STD related infection (all clear) the sexual health clinic I visited 1 week ago tested my again for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and even Mycoplasma Genitalium which again were all clear.

HOWEVER, I have had a persistent clear urethral discharge since this encounter and an intermittent red irritated  glans, the discharge will occur even when the glans is not irritated, the discharge resembles pre ejaculatory fluid but will happen even when I am not aroused (I have never had this before the encounter).

I have shown the irritation to the GPs who evaluated me (including the sexual health doctor) via a picture I had taken on my phone, they said I clearly have some irritation but brushed it off as some type of contact dermatitis. I was prescribed Hydrozole (a steroid cream I believe) which does clear the irritation up when used (but so does a wash with some warm water) BUT the irritation will eventually come back.

There have been NO changes in my bathing routine, I do not use soap in that area EVERYTHING has been the same for years. I have very good Hygiene I gently wash my penis with warm water and having been making sure to dry it since the irritation began occuring and it has stopped any irritation coming back, but if I skip a shower the irritation will reoccur.....

I do have a bad habit of touching my feet when relaxing on the couch or in bed, and I have been inspecting my penis a lot more since this encounter (I do NOT have any fungal infection on my feet)

Could I have given myself some sort of fungal infection by inspecting my penis so much with my hands? Are there any types of fungus that I could get on my glans that would cause a clear urethral discharge??

I am so frustrated that I am having these persistent symptoms and a handful of GPs and a sexual health clinic have no answers for me.

Thanks

Just a quick note: I am in my late 20s, have had no other sexual encounters since the encounter 4 months ago and am NOT circumsized (but have extremely good hygiene).
