Genital Angiokeratoma (General Inquiries)

Hi,

1. Is there a relation between genital angiokeratoma and genital varicose?
2. Do people who have genital varicose more prone to having genital angiokeratoma?
3. Can new lesions form in the genital area after the old ones were healed by electrocautery (chronic)? Is reoccurrence possible as long as patient has varicose (not necessarily at the very same previous spots but elsewhere within the genitalia)?

Thanks.
