Getting rid of pearly penile papules

Hey I'm a 20 year old guy who's been worried about these things on my penis for a while now, and only just found out what they really are, pearly penile papules.

Most people say "deal with it" or whatever, but in my case they are alot more noticeable and are always there, they don't just show up sometimes. The worst things is that they look like pretty severe warts. This is a problem for me, as I'm quite sexually active and like to explore many things in the bedroom, I can understand that most women would be repulsed by these things. (If I saw them like I have them on a woman I would run)

So I've heard there is laser treatment to have them removed.. if so, that is definitely what I will do. The thing is I need to find out who does the treatment. I live in Brisbane, Australia and don't even know where to start.

hey there bud, how did you go with getting laser removal of your papules? I live on the gold coast and have been searching for a decent laser surgeon for years without luck, none of them answer emails or calls regarding if they have done the procedure successfully and do they have proof, before and after pics just like they do of breast implants, facial resurfacing etc, I think they are all bogus lyers, anyway I have recently discovered a brilliant genuine way to remove my papules, im half way through and I have more photo's and video footage than even the greatest sceptic couldn't deny, im about to make an fbook group or forum for this, and about to put the word out on all the forums, keep your eye out for it, I can be contacted at ***@**** if I don't come back here or see a reply, cheers
