Gray spots on the butt

Hi, I'm 17 and I'm with some gray spots on the butt. I don't know what it is. It doesn't hurts but sometimes appers little lumps that swell and hurts. Does anyone know what this is? Does it have treatment?

Hi Douglas, i'm using Dexamethasone Acetate and it is getting better. There's now only two pale-red spots. I believe it will go away. :)

I have the same some spots on my thighs and scrotum and still dont know how to treat it
