Had Cryotherapy, now have skin pain, scarring, hyperpigmentation PLEASE HELP!

I had cryotherapy done multiple times for Molluscum lesions on my abdomen and genitalia about 1 year ago.  It has left pigmentation issues, but also more importantly it has left me with pain.  I have neuropathy all over my lower abdomen and it is considerably worse near the center of my stomach under my belly button were the most cryotherapy was performed.  I have been left with an indentation in that area underneath my belly button where you can actually feel  where the skin indents.  It is as if a layer of skin or fatty tissue is missing under the indentation.   I also have a lot of discoloration on my penis which bothers me tremendously.  There are also what appear to be stretch marks near the base of the penis.  I have attached before and after pictures (some graphic) to illustrate my situation.

My questions:
1.  What has caused the indentation below the belly button and is it permanent?

2.  Will the pain/neuropathy go away?

3.  Will the discoloration fade?

4.  Will my penis ever look normal again?  Is there anything I can do to help the markings fade?
