Has anyone else been diagnosed with Brachialradial Pruritus?

Originally thought this was purely an itchy skin issue but it is two-fold and I have suffered with it for over 10 years. It involves cervical pain issues (C-4 to C-7) generally AND long time sun damage to skin which affects the nerves. It also begins around the warmer summer months and disappears as the weather cools down. The itching is generally on the forearms but can include the neck, back, hands. When I came to this community 10 years ago I found literally hundreds of others suffering with it and after going through every type of doctor, I finally got diagnosed properly. This has been a bad year with it.
