Help! My lips are sensitive, dry, and peeling!

It started about 6 months ago when my lips started developing these dry bumps on my upper lip. I tried to exfoliate them to get rid of it and it worked, but then my lips started to leak a weird liquid and it made my lips really tight and dry. I had also noticed my lips had started to get swollen and itchy and sensitive. I didn’t know what to do so i bought at least 30 chapsticks and lip balms trying to figure out whether or not it was just them being dry. I also kept drinking lots of water and taking vitamins to see what was causing the problem. I have tried lip masks, prescription ointments (hydrocortisone cream) but none have worked. After trying the hydrocortisone cream it worked temporarily but afterwards my lips would get wrinkles or extremely tight. Right now they are peeling nonstop and extremely dry and painful and i have nothung else to turn to. If i could find something to get rid of all of this it would be amazing.(i’m female and 13 years old)

Have you mentioned this to your parents?  It sounds like you have tried all the over the counter measures- so now it's time to get to a doctor.  A doctor will need to see you in person for an exam and will need to gather a bit more medical history from you to tell you how to treat this and be able to diagnosis it for certain.
