Help! Odd rash on palms of both hands.

p_z
I have a subdermal rash on both hands (palms). The rash is spurious and spotted throughout the palm of my hand. They are a bunch of tiny red dots that sometimes hurt when I contort my hand a certain way or apply pressure to them upon inspection. I have no ideas what this could be. I have compared images via internet and browser multiple forums to come up with no definite answers. I would attach a picture but I do not know how (if i can please advise/assist and I will). This condition has been bothering me for the greater portion of 2 or 3 months. Possibly longer, yet earlier more relatively unknown due to less severe visual symptoms. On certain portions of my skin (for example: along my inner side of my thumb or along the outer edge of my hand) there appears to be very small circular/oval white dots/spots which are also subdermal. They do not hurt and do not change. Constantly there. Please advise!

Hi I'm not 100% sure this is correct but i believe its an early sign of dyshidrotic eczema. If this is the case i would recommend using dermatitis cream or Eucerin dermocapillaire cream.
