Large Clear Pimples?

So I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years and since I could remember he's always gotten these large bumps on his face and back of his neck normally only one at a time once every two weeks or so. When trying to pop them its a bunch of clear fluid that comes out if a bunch of pores in the center of the lump rathere than

So I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years and since I could remember he's always gotten these large bumps on his face and back of his neck normally only one at a time once every two weeks or so. When trying to pop them its a bunch of clear fluid that comes out in a bunch of pores in the center of the lump rather than just a single pore like most pimples. He gets them all the time and we can't figure what it is or how to prevent them. He works in anew auto parts warehouse, it's not that dirty and he cleanses his face every night. Please help.
