Help please, feeling defeated.

hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help given. Since July 2016 the corner of my lips have been cracking, i've been to the dermatologist 5 times between july and now with no improvement. she said it was angular cheilitis caused by candida and gave me hydrocortisone to use which helped but as soon as i stopped it would come back within 3 days. when it comes back the corner of my lip will start to feel really dry, it'll look a little swollen, turn red, and then crack. i've tried ketokanozal shampoo 2% on my face and around my lips for it, and this stuff called alacortin a, which is anti fungal, anti bacterial, and anti inflammatory, she told me to use it twice a day for two weeks, i followed her directions precisely and no surprise as soon as i stopped 3 days later it was back. i feel so defeated and look like a clown with these red marks on the corners of my lip. when it does crack i'll have a yellowish crust around the crack which is SO embarassing to the point where i have to use this alacortin a every single day. i've been tested for herpes to rule that out and it was negative. idk what to do from here. someone, anyone, please help me. if it helps i was on a really strong dose of antibiotics 5+ different times between september of 2014 and september of 2015, but idk why it would be causing me problems now. i'm sorry for the lengthy post, i just feel defeated and i hope someone can please help me. ):
