Help please STD/STI scare?!?!

I was fingered by a guy and he touched his penis and I was wondering if I could have possibly gotten any S.T.I's or S.T.D's from him? My clitoris and is a little sore as well as my vagina lips. No signs of rash or bumps & it doesn't hurt when I pee. He also dry humped me.

It sounds like you just have some residual soreness.  If the soreness continues to get worse or if there are any bumps or rashes that appear I would go to your doctor to get checked.  If the soreness continues to decrease with time then you most likely don't need to worry.
Maybe try some water based lubricant next time (even when no penetration is involved).  There are also finger condoms that can be used during external genital stimulation.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If no penetrative sex was involved then the only possibility left is of genital warts. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
