Hormonal Acne, I found "my cure" but I'm not allowed to be prescribed it long term.

Hi, I have struggled with cystic and chronic acne for over a decade, I'm 24 y/o female. I am beginning my 4th year of using Nexplanon birth control, I had a new one put in Feb 2021. I was prescribed Estradiol to help with excessive bleeding for my periods and when I took it for 10 straight days my face cleared up almost 100% for the first time in 10 years. I was over the moon happy until my gyno said I could not be on Estradiol long term and she would not prescribe me anymore. Instead she prescribed me a pill contraceptive Yaz (on top of my implant) this makes me nervous but she said it's ok. I am devastated, please if anyone can help please.
