Will undilluted Dettol cause permanent harm to my penis

I’m an uncircumcised male who while masturbating noticed a small amount of blood on my hand when I looked to find out where it came from I saw that around the head of my penis was inflamed. I poured undiluted dettol on it and let it remain for the day. It lightly burned but that sensation went away. The following day the head on my penis looked wrinkly and under my foreskin was dark. It’s now a few days later and it’s peeling. Should I be worried or treating it with anything?

It sounds like you had a cut or something causing the bleeding?  It also sound like it's healing- but if you are unsure of what caused the inflammation and it's continuing, go see a doctor for an exam so you can get an accurate diagnosis and treat as needed.
