How do I remove a pimple on my forehead?

I'm 32 years old and been having mild acne on my forehead for a few years now, but this time I have a large visible pimple in the middle of my forehead for over a week now, and can't seem to get rid of it, tried heat compress, ice, sudocrem and this week been using Acnecide 5% Benzoyl Peroxide. Still no change.

If I gently pat aloe vera wet wipes on it, it starts to bleed a little, and feels a bit rough to touch.

Normally a pimple will go away with all of that!  It could be something else like a hair follicle that is ingrown. I would continue to wash the area (don't touch it or pick it), use the peroxide ointment and see if it clears. If it doesn't, go see your doctor as it may not be a pimple. Get it evaluated. A dermatologist can visually look and tell you really quickly but even a general practitioner probably can. Give it another week and then go get it looked at if it just lingers.
