Skin is burning suddenly

My skin is burning suddenly...i used to apply lemons months ago and then i was so busy i hardly took care of my skin now a few days ago recenty i applied orange peel and lemon mask and it burnt my face with rashes..i used aloe to heal and now when iam using any product its burning mostly around the mouth area with a tight feeling which never di this before and i apply more of natural products...can someone help me?

Have you ever used the orange peel and lemon mask before?  Sounds like what you are seeing is still part of the reaction your skin had to the mask.  I would not use any product- other then a very gentle and base soap to keep your face clean- for a little bit to see if that helps it heal a little further.  I'm guessing after it's all healed up, you should be able to use products that didn't bother you previously.
