What skin condition is this?

So I got this Scar from a burn incident that slowly heal over a month but I notice something weird. It wasn't healing properly, it have form a pink bump surround by brown skin tissue. When I check it by touching it, I notice every time I press too hard, it started to fill with fluid immediately. And when I was itchy, I scratch it and it peel off suddenly and exposed raw skin and bleed. BTW I am Male 23 years old. P.S It still there and still peel off easily.
