I have a rash that appears on different parts of my body, everyday. what is it?

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post and give advise. I have been getting flashes of skin rashes, itching, sometimes appearing as streaks and lines, sometimes blotchy and/or textured.   This has been happening for a year and sometimes it happens intermittently throughout the day. They have been getting worse with time and now happens almost everyday. I’ve cut dairy and gluten out of my diet with no changes. I do remember about a year or so ago I was at the beach and ate some seafood and that night I got a rash and didn't know what it was.  I thought maybe I ate some bad fish or something - maybe it’s not related but something to make note of.  Usually the rash or breakout appears in one spot and itches a lot, I will put CBC salve on it (which works like a charm most of the time), and it will go away but appear somewhere else.  It also seems to happen more if I have warm clothes on like a hoody.  Even when I was moving a few weeks ago I would break out all over my arms from holding boxes.  Like from the dust? Sometimes there is a crawling feeling, mostly in my head area.  The breakout/rashes have appeared on my waist, arms (inside mostly), ankle area, head, behind ears, face.  Benadryl usually helps symptoms temporarily.  I eat pretty healthy and am in fairly good shape. Thank you for any info, I hope to figure out what is happening with my body!

It sounds like it may be hives- which could be caused by foods or stress, or any number of other things.  I have known several people that have had trouble pinpointing the cause of the hives (gluten free, low to no sugar diets, even vegetarian sometimes).  If you haven't already, make an appointment with the doctor so you can confirm that it is hives (or not) and start a plan to figure out what the cause is.
