I have a red, itchy rash above the sock line, what is it?

I was on my feet allot last week and developed a red rash on my ankles, on both feet, above the sock line. I was also spraying a pesticide to kill bed bugs and was not wearing pants. The rash came 2 days after spraying and being on my feet, then it started itching 2 days after that. I should also mention that I am overweight and my legs were very swollen. Can someone help me please?

Is the rash around where your socks hit your skin?  It could be an irritation from too tight socks or maybe from the spray you were using. To be sure. Have a doctor check it out.
