I have several itchy legs and there's no way to stop it?

hello, so I've been suffering from extremely itchy legs for over a year now and still haven't found a way to ease the itching. I'm almost 16 years old, with a history of sensitive skin and eczema. the itching occurs only on my legs and seems to happen more at night and morning, although it can happen all through the day. I cannot stop itching and will literally itch until my legs bleed. it happens more so on the shins and bottom half of my leg but also occurs on the thighs. I do lose sleep due to the itching. after itching for about 45 minutes (that's usually how long I itch at a time), my legs burn and feel swollen. I take an allergy pill (Claritin) in the mornings because I see it helps minimize the itching, although it's still very discomforting. I'm desperate for answers. I just want to live without these itching legs. please and thank you for all the help.

I've been itching through all seasons for over a year and I do supplement daily because of my deficiencies in iron and magnesium. I've also been to an allergy doctor and wasn't allergic to any foods. (least summer I had a big ordeal where doctors thought I had a brain tumor and they were trying to figure out what was wrong with me so I went to lots of doctors).

If it is winter where you live, this might be called winter itch.  This may be related to vitamin and mineral deficiencies of vitamin D and magnesium.  It is hard to get enough of these without supplementing.
Food sensitivities can cause a lot of skin problems as well.  You could be tested for Celiac disease.
