I need help mysterious red bump

Hi, I'm really freaking out right now so today I was watching videos on YouTube laying on my bed. And I put my hand between my thighs and I felt a hard bump on my thigh. And I sorta panicked. I went straight to the mirror and it wasn't big but it wasn't tiny. Its red and it doesnt hurt at all.... I'm really freaked out right now and I need info. Or just help! Thank you.. (I thought it was a spider egg but idk how that is supposed to feel or look)

Hi there. Is it warm to the touch at all?  Could it be an infected hair follicle?  Some do get cysts like this as well.  I would tell your mom about it hon.  It doesn't sound like a spider egg (not sure what that is) but a spider bite usually has outward signs that looks like a rash.  talk to your mom about it sweetie.  good luck
