I'm Itchy all the time

there is not a single 10 minutes when I'm not itchy, when I shower, when I sleep, when I exercise, when I eat, all day everyday. it's thought to be eczema but it's my entire body, I scratch myself till I get welts and create scabs, even to the point I get bullied about it.

Sounds more like an allergy problem or something psychosomatic then eczema if it's everywhere.
