I'm desperate! My foot odor is SO Embarrassing!

I have tried everything to get rid of the odor on my feet. I work in an office setting.  I see the looks on my coworkers face, and this tells me they can smell the stink. It smells like a wet dog, Fritos and bad cheese. I have severe hyperhidrosis of the whole body. I am currently taking Avert 200mg one per day. It seems to be working. I sweat significantly less then before. My palms and feet are dry. However, my feet still smell. I can ruin a new pair of shoes in 1 day. I have used sprays, powders, bleach, air fresheners, lotions. I can't wear my heels, sandals, or dress shoes. No socks seem to mask or absorb well. I am scrubbing my feet 4 times a day. I even have a fan under my desk!!! I really need some help. I am so desperate that I am entertaining the idea of cutting my feet off at the ankles. Please help me!

Vagisil powder is amazing as a foot powder.

Take the label off if you're paranoid about the guys seeing it. (generic vagisil powder bottles look identical to gold Bond but vagisil neutralizes odor, yep Eve dudes' foot odor better than anything else on the market).

I had the same problem that you had. I scrub my feet with Hibiclens which is surgercial scrub you can get at Walgreens and I also ordered leather insoles and Deo Fresh insoles from theinsolestore.com which solved the problem along with Gabapentin prescribed by my podiatrist. I noticed the stink gone in 24 hours. Also spray your shoes with Lysol after each wear and rotate your shoes. Hope this helps!!

Hi I have the same issue as you, did you find an answer? Try iontophoresis with glycopyrolate. Also some can be helped using fusidine lotion.

Has her condition improved since she stopped wearing leather? I have never worn "Genuine Leather" shoes, partly because they are so expensive. I just bought a pair of genuine leather sandals yesterday, and hope it holds up today.
Yesterday my coworker says out loud "If people would just wash the fungus off their feet, maybe it wouldn't smell as bad". Little do they know that I spend more time washing my feet then most. I rotate shoes daily, you should see my car!! I have a huge bag full of shoes, so I can switch out through the day. This still does not help. I scrape under my toenails, scrub my whole foot with soapy, bleach water. Spray with Dr.Schol's fungus spray. I put baby powder, Gold bond powder in my shoes, NOTHING works... I've tried putting clinical deodorant on my feet, both role on and stick. I have even been so desperate as to wear latex hand gloves on my feet, under my cotton socks, but the amonia smell still seems to seep through. I really need help. This is ruining my life.

Our daughter was allergic to something in leather and has never been able to wear leather shoes.  You could smell when she came into the house!
