Index finger pruny and bumps

My 5 year old has one finger that had small flesh bumps all over her index finger. It was slightly red and swollen and looked pruny. The next two days 3 patches of bumps appeared on her thigh, upper arm, shoulder and all over her back. They started off looking like acne and was red the next day they were almost undetectable becuase they were flesh colored but u can feel them. The bumps went away after a week on her finger but it is still pruny. It only itched the 1/2 the first day and not since.

Having pruny fingers when not having been in water can be a sign of different conditions, like thyroid disorders, but only having one usually isn't that. Does it look like she got bitten by something? Did she maybe stick her finger into something that caused a reaction, like a chemical or cleaner or something along those lines? Did she ever see a doc?
