Inflamation on face, with dryness (pictures included)

I'm 16 years old and these red spots/patches just never go, my doctor previously prescribed me with hyrdocortisine ointment. A year later, I was prescribed Daktokort I still have it but stopped using it as it sometimes begins to sting. Can anyone help me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
They look like small acne or comedones to me. You can also treat acne by cleaning your face regularly with Cetaphil, using mild skincare products, applying antibacterial topical medications like Clindamycin. With the help of the doctor, the treatment of oral antibiotics, contraceptive pills, retinoids, cortisone injections, chemical peels and laser treatment can be your choices.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
