Ingrown hair, folcullitis, or STD?! Please help

This morning I noticed there was a small bump on the outer lip of my vagina, it didn't hurt or feel like anything is there at all.. As soon as I touched it a little whitish/yellow puss came out, after that it started bleeding continuously even after putting pressure on it for a couple seconds.. It wasn't pouring out blood but when ever I whipped the blood away more would come out. I've been tested for every STD there is only to find that I have HSV-1 my doctor said it was an oral herpes that I got in my childhood.. (Idk how she would know that) .. Does this sound like herpes or another skin condition? Right now it just looks like a red open sore that's healing
