Is it angular cheilitis?

I have had small dry and rough patches on the corners of my mouth for a few months, they're not cuts and are not painful at all which made me discard the fact that it coulf be Angular Cheilitis.
They never go away even if I exfoliate and moisturize my skin. They just become red or scaly. What could they be?
