Is it cold sores?

I have these yellow blisters on both my brows and nose. They're small and itchy. It started off as itchy skin but now it's blister and my skin is red. I searched about it and what I got was herpes/cold sores but doesn't make sense on how I got it. I have these small cluster of blisters on the back of my hand for a while and I tried using polysporin but doesn't work. I remember accidently sleeping with the back of my hand on my face, that could probably explain why, but they both look different. I currently have a healing ringworm and other random itchy spots on my torso that I woke up with but my bed sheets are clean. Kinda getting annoyed with all these random skin problems, it's really bothering me. Hope someone can help me identify what it could be.
