Is my BV causing this bump and swelling?

Hi, I went to the doctor today after having excessive white/yellow watery discharge and swelling in my vaginal area. They did STD testing and a pelvic exam. I came back positive for BV and they gave me antibiotics, I am waiting on the results from the other tests. Though, when I got home, I noticed that I have a bump on my vagina lip that looks like a pimplr and is a bit painful/itchy when I mess with it. It has a white head. I'm not sure if this could be from the BV or the other day, I used shampoo to wash down there that maybe caused it,I'm not sure. If anyone has any idea, please help. Thank you.
