Is the object that touched my hand that touched a wart now contaminated

Hi there, I developed a wart on my foot a while ago, and recently while I was treating it I touched the wart. I washed my hands after but I’m not sure whether the soap bottle is now contaminated. Keep in mind that the the object didn’t come in contact with the wart, but my hand that touched the wart did. I really hope someone can help me out because I’m feeling a very intense energy of stress in my body. Thank you!
