Is this Pili multigemini or something else?

Hey there, I have a spot on my head that's been slightly irritating me for the past couple of months. I would pick at it and some skin would come up, but it seemed to be a bump on my head. When I was able to get a USB microscope to look at it, it appears as if there are a ton of short  bundles of hair in that area. Either they're multiple hairs in a single folicle or it's some other condition. This spot is smaller than the size of my pinky fingernail, and there's no on going pain. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could just be an infected hair follicle.  If it's bothering you though, make an appointment with your doctor- they will need to do an in person exam and gather more of your medical history to give you a more accurate diagnosis.
