Is this actually ringworm?

I have seen some similar posts but no clear answers anywhere. About a month ago my sister got a kitten which game me ringworm. One spot on my upend arm which I treated quickly and fully and it appeared to be healed. I detoxed/sanitized the house laundry etc. Now about 3 weeks on I have a rash of small pimple like bumps everywhere, breasts thighs underarms legs etc. It's a few of these bumps in each spot and is far itchier then the initial ringworm. My sister and I both have these symptoms. I began using the ringworm treatment again assuming that is what it was. But the rash seems to be spreading quickly. Is this in fact ringworm? Or could it be something else? We share the same symptoms but don't live together? Any ideas, I appreciate it!

Do you spend a lot of time at your sisters home?  I wouldn't think it's ringworm if they are pimple like bumps- ringworm is more like patches and blisters.  I'd recommend getting a doctor to take a quick look to see what is causing the rash.  It could be something like fleas on the kitten, or something totally unrelated to the kitten- so definitely have someone take a look at it in person, who can gather a bit more information about you and your sister since you both are suffering from it.

Thank you! Still no resolution :( I did see a Dr. And they advised that it definitely is not ringworm or scabies but that she was "clueless". Go figure. She prescribed a corticosteroid cream which sadly has not helped at all. I typically go to my sisters on Saturdays weekly. We examined the bed etc no bed bugs or fleas anywhere that we could see. Also if it were fleas I would think my ankles and feet would be bit, but this is mostly the trunk of my body. I have had scarlet fever, shingles, extream allergies to poison ivy and a Myriad of rashes from my RA. This has got to be the itchiest and not knowing is making me crazy as I'm afraid I may be exposing everyone in my household, though no one else has noticed anything so far.. I guess at this point I will have to see a dermatologist.. anyhow thank you for the answer as I'm going a bit nuts
