About a week ago, I helped family sand an old wood floor. It was also a very windy day, and I was outside for part of it. I wasn't able to get home right away and take a shower. A few days later, I started getting tiny red spots on my arms. Those have since gone, and the doctor and a nurse both think it was just a reaction to the sawdust. The other issue is what I am wondering about. I have been getting small red bumps on my right arm in either single, double, or triple bumps. The double and triple are together, and are spaced several inches away from other spots. They vary in size, but one was just a 1.5" line, and the spots are about 1/4" to 1/2" in size. They are slightly raised, and itch a lot. The doctor looked at those, and said it was plant related contact dermatitis. She gave me a steroid cream, and said to take an antihistamine. Well, since the appointment, the spots keep showing up. They don't seem to last long as the line one is almost gone, but was quite noticeable two days prior. It's also traveling up my arm to areas that were covered by clothes. They are pink (I have pale skin). Is this still plant related contact dermatitis? I've never experienced this before.
