Is this really benign?

An atypical junctional nevus (dysplastic nevus) is present with architectural disorder and milk cytologic atypic. Such features include a lentiginous pattern with increased number of melanocytes, bridging of nests between adjacent rete and lamellar fibroplasia. Also within the dermis is an inflammatory of lymphocytes, histiocytes and scattered melanophages. Margins appear free in these sections. Clinical pathologic correlation is recommended.

Sounds very scary to me!
