Itchless bumps spreading across body.

The other day I noticed a few bumps on one of my arms. I thought it was just a pimple or something and didn't pay it much mind. But now both my arms are covered in them. It is on my chest and all over my legs. I have no idea what it is. All the things I have seen online that come close to describing it say it has an itch. Though I have not felt the need to itch once. A little hard to see because my camera isn't the best.

May be a viral rash or papular variant, Pityriasis rosea(not serious). Do consult your doc.

No, mine is more spread out. And its bumps kind of like pimples. Not patches of red like I have seen with Pityriasis

And me being the idiot I am can't find a thing about it. Anything I should know? Life treating? Treatment? Go away on its own?
