~*Itchy Anus Thats been spreading*~ HELP

Hi, I have a Very very bad itch shiny rash in my Anal for the past 2 years!
For the past month its been spreaded to my vaginal area and i have red scaly patches on my cheeks now and a rash in my crack. for the past month ive been washing it with Summers Eve Green Tea And Cucumber Vaginal soap 2-3 times a day to keep it clean, then when i get out the shower i take a hair dryer and dry it off instead of using a towel. Ive been to 3 different doctors and they gave me 3 different diagnosis. Ringworm,Jock itch, and Yeast Infection. So Ive been giving
Miconazole cream, clotrimazole cream, Lotrimin Jock Itch Spray, Pure organic Unrefined Coconut oil, Diflucan Pill, Antibiotics, Vagisil creams , Monistat creams , Hemorrhoid creams, Blue Star Ointment, Homegrown Pure Freshly Squeeze Aloe Gel straight from the plant, Gold Bond cream, Applied Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Applied Olive Oil, Applied Baking Soda, Sea Salt Baths, Epsom Salt Baths, Freshly Crushed Garlic, Allergy Medicine (Claritin), Gold Bond Power, baby Powder, Vagisil Powder, Ive even shaved my hairs so it can get more air (sorry TMI), Ive tried not wearing any underwear, keeping fan on it, ice packs, when I try to go to bed or just at night ill go in my room and just hang out in my room without pants and underwear and thats how i sleep everyday ...

Thats all I can think of that i tried for right now..

But NOTHING is Helping. When I first got the rash 2 years ago it was very very red like fire truck red, very scaly with white flaking skin. But now its Pinkish and Shiny. Im not sure if its oozing anything but sometimes it feels wet ( Not sure if its pus or if its just sweat) Its very hard to control the itch, It keeps me up at night. I itch it so much it gets raw and bleeds. Ive been trying very hard not to itch it lately. Ive been doing good but it still wont go away no matter what I do, My vaginal itches to but not as bad as my Anal area..
                        Please Help!!
                                        Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to intertrigo. An intertrigo is an inflammation (rash) of the body folds. It most commonly occurs due to bacterial, viral or fungal infection. An intertrigo usually appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore.

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics.Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching take some over the counter antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
