Itchy Spots on Scrotum

For about 2.5 weeks, I’ve had 2 spots on my scrotum about the size of a penny or a bit smaller. They only itch if I touch them or if I sit and the spots rub against my underwear, and I’ve had no other symptoms. There seems to be discoloration on the spots. If I scratch too much, I have seen a bit oozing. I am not sure what it could be. Any help is appreciated.

It's possible they could just be from sweating and it will help to try to keep the area a little cleaner, but for a more accurate diagnosis you will need to make an appointment with your doctor and have them give you an exam in person as well as collect a little more information on your medical history.

Thank you.
Let me know how it responds to a cotton ball with a bit of apple cider vinegar on it.
I should have said why I made that comment. It's because fungus and staph burn in response to it. In which case I recommend seeing a doctor and acv, as well as betadine.
I appreciate the information. I will try the acv and let you know. Question, do you know if skin conditions are contagious? Thanks!
Oh, also, I was told that cinnamon bark oil was good to kill fungus. It burns! Have you heard of that?
