Itchy few white dots under forskin

Dear Doctor,

While showering today, I came across a few (maybe 3 or so) white dots beneath the foreskin that were itchy. There is no discharge and I feel no pain urinating. My testicles also feel normal. They simply itch a bit (I believe they've itched for maybe 2 days now, but only momentarily). By that I mean that I would feel a small itch, which would disappear after a few minutes.

Thank you for your time
Regards!

If relevant, I am 23 years old, and fit/healthy.

I wouldn't get overly worried about a few dots that are itchy- it could be from heat or a number of other things just causing a little irritation.  Keep up good hygiene and if it gets worse/starts to bother you more, you can have a doctor look at it in person- that's the best way get an accurate diagnosis.  A doctor needs to see the issue in person and gather more of your medical history to properly diagnosis.
