Itchy skin bumps - pimple looking. Scabies?! Bug bites? Skin condition?

1.5 weeks of these itchy tiny bumps popping on my skin. I thought they’d go away but they kept spreading. Starting from my hands/in between my fingers, to wrists, elbows, stomache (near belly button) and underwear line area. - exactly where scabies would be! BUT I can’t seem to find any burrows? They kinda look like pimples. 1-2 had water in it before I popped it and now it’s scaly.

If it was allergies or weak immune I’d get hives - NVR had anything like this. Itches mainly night-early morning.

I HAVE seen a walk in doctor at a public clinic who looked at it for a second and just told me to try hydrocortisol and nix for scabies - since I was worried. He didn’t even use a microscope/magnifying glass or closely look!! So useless.

I’m so worried if it’s scabies tho - but the cream is such an annoying procedure. Is it scabies?? Should I see another doctor?? Maybe try a hospital?

Since you didn't get a quality exam (or it doesn't sound like you did) at the walk in clinic- I'd say it's worth a trip to the doctor, especially if you are not seeing any results from their recommendation.
