My bet it is Post-inflammatory hypopigmentation because it is only there, there arent any other spots on my body and the two spots u see is where i used to peeled the dry/chap skin off of constantly.....my lips arent dry like one time.
Is it curable tho?and if it is vitiligo...what could be used for the lip?

Hi,
This could be acase of post-inflammatory hypo-pigmentation or it could be the beginning of vitiligo.

Did the white patch start then or is it a recent occurence?Vitiligo or leukoderma is a chronic skin disease that causes loss of pigment, resulting in irregular pale patches of skin. The precise cause of vitiligo is complex and not fully understood. There is some evidence suggesting it is caused by a combination of auto-immune, genetic, and environmental factors.

You need to get it further assessed by a dermatologist.Treatment is in the form of medications which can be prescribed.
